An idea, a design, a photo, a video, a prototype, a prompt, a document…
Your files evolve as you work. Rightkeeper lets you establish proof of them,
keep their history and share it easily.
An idea becomes a first sketch.
A design evolves. A text is reworked.
A prototype takes shape.
At every step, new files appear.
But when you need to establish what existed at a given date, it helps to have evidence that identifies the file and verifies its integrity.
Rightkeeper lets you build this evidence as you work, without waiting for a disagreement to arise.
A first idea, a draft, a new version, a proposal sent to a client, then a final version.
Each step tells part of your work.
You still need to be able to keep track of it.
01
Add the file you want to preserve: graphic design, text, photograph, document or prototype.
02
Rightkeeper generates the file’s digital fingerprint, time-stamps it and anchors the evidence on a public blockchain. A proof certificate is then available.
03
Access your file and its certificate at any time.
04
Send a file or proof folder to the people concerned.
Visual identities, mock-ups, illustrations, logos, interfaces and graphic work.
Prompts, AI-assisted work, experiments and files from new creative processes.
Photographs, edits, rushes, videos and other production files.
Manuscripts, texts, screenplays, articles, editorial content and working documents.
App mock-ups, prototypes, technical files, development work and digital concepts.
Link the content to a digital fingerprint that shows whether the file presented matches the one deposited.
Create a time reference associated with the file’s deposit.
Access the information needed to identify the file and verify the evidence associated with its proof.
Access the information needed to identify the file and verify the evidence associated with its proof.
Rightkeeper lets you share your files and proof folders with the people concerned.
You can send a project, gather the evidence associated with a creation or send a structured folder to a client or adviser.
The available tracking information also lets you review certain activity related to your shares.
Documents, images, graphic designs, photographs, videos and technical files supported by the platform. The exact accepted formats are listed in the product documentation.
Yes. Each version can be deposited separately, with its own fingerprint and its own time information. Versions must be deposited separately.
Rightkeeper lets you build evidence that a file existed in a given state at a given date and verify its integrity. It does not automatically prove who the author is or who holds the rights.
Yes.
A proof folder groups several files and the evidence associated with their proofs into a structured, consistent set.
This is especially useful when a project involves several documents, versions or items that may need to be presented together.
You can then share this folder with the people concerned.
Any change to the content changes its digital fingerprint. To document the new version, you need to deposit it again.
Yes. You can delete your file at any time from the “Deposits” section. The file and its certificate are then deleted from Rightkeeper and the associated metadata is anonymised: download them first, as we will no longer be able to provide them afterwards.
Deleting a file does not erase the proof itself: the fingerprint written to the blockchain remains permanently recorded, with no link to your account.
No. Rightkeeper builds evidence associated with files. It does not replace appropriate legal protection procedures or advice from a legal professional.
